Circuit Training: Unleash your full potential with our dynamic Circuit Training classes. Designed for all fitness levels, this high-energy workout combines strength and cardio exercises, keeping you engaged and motivated as you sculpt and tone your body. Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8pm, and 8-9pm. Avail of 2 classes per week for 4 weeks for just €60 for non—members, or €40 for members.
Aqua Aerobics: Dive into a refreshing fitness experience with Aqua Aerobics. Our water-based classes offer a low-impact yet highly effective workout, perfect for improving cardiovascular health and overall strength.
